Advance of Commission Request

Advance of Commission for Independent Contractors
Zip Delivery will advance commission to its independent contractors under the following
conditions:

• An advance of commission/funds form is completed and signed by driver
• Advance request is reasonable as determined by Zip Delivery
• One days notice for advance request is required
• Future settlements already booked exceed that of the advance request
• Any other condition Zip Delivery deems as appropriate.
• Not all advance requests will be approved

Terms for Advance of Commission for Independent Contractors

• Advance is deducted in full from the next commission settlement date (Your Next Commission Check)
• One advance per month is free, each additional advance is $20.00
• If future settlements already booked falls below current advance, amount immediate deduction of entire advance balance will commence on the first available commission settlement date.
• Advance check will be issued the following day at 4:00 pm provided the request is received by 12:00 pm the previous day.  All requests made after that time frame or on a weekend will be processed and ready in two business days at 4:00 pm. (Ex: Request made on a Sunday will be processed and ready for pickup at 4:00 pm on Tuesday.
