Advance Request Submission Received

 

Zip Delivery has received your request.

All requests require manager approval and cannot exceed $200.00

An Email to the address provided on the form will be sent once we have processed the request.  If you do not receive that email before 3 pm on the day the request is due please contact ZIP Delivery Accounting at 214-373-1999.

Advance check will be issued the following day at 4:00 pm provided the request is received by 12:00 pm the previous day.  All requests made after that time frame or on a weekend will be processed and ready in two business days at 4:00 pm. (Ex: Request made on a Sunday will be processed and ready for pickup at 4:00 pm on Tuesday.
