Expedited Commission Settlement Request

Terms and Conditions
I understand that I am requesting Expedited Commission  for all jobs specified below. I also understand that this service is offered on a first come first serve basis and may not always be available for all contractors.

The fee for this service is 5% of you’re agreed upon commission rate.

Example:
No Fee $100 (Delivery Charge) X 65% (Commission) = $65.00
Fee $100 (Delivery Charge) X 60% (Commission) = $60.00

Total Fee $5.00

Complete the form and upon acceptance a Commission Settlement Check will be ready for pickup at Zip Delivery at 4 pm the following business day.

Examples:

Received by 12:00 pm.  Check ready by 4 pm next business day.

Received after 12:00 pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) Check ready by 4 pm on Wednesday.

Received on a weekend (Saturday, Sunday or Holiday) Check ready by 4 pm on Tuesday.

For your convenience you may select Expedited Commission for all future jobs by placing a checkmark in the appropriate box below.  Please remember all required job paperwork must be turned in at the time you pickup your Expedited Commission Settlement.
